- ALAlex LewiseMar 17, 20265.0I had a fantastic experience with Howdens Perivale, working with Naser Eltobgy. He is an outstanding professional and an absolute credit to Howdens. I managed the entire project remotely without seeing anything in person, so I was heavily reliant on Naser’s judgement and support — and he delivered completely. He guided me towards the right neutral colour choices, suggested practical improvements to the design, and maintained excellent communication with my builder throughout. There was a small issue towards the end (not directly his fault), and he went above and beyond to resolve it, even providing a new tap to make things right. That level of accountability and customer care is rare. The kitchen itself is excellent quality, and everything came together perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Naser and the Howdens Perivale team.

The salesman, Naser, came to my property twice to design initially and then with my builder to ensure all the measurements were correct and that I was happy with the design etc. I purchased lovely kitchen units and the worktop etc. My builder has now fitted my dream kitchen. Thanks to Naser for his good customer service given to me and all the staff there for putting their customers first.

And after reporting they have explanations builder fitting issues very easy to blaming to others so I would advise if u want to waste your money then do purchase. I have provide them all the evidence still they don't agree to accept. So it's waste of my time and waste of my money . Even they are to smart we can not leave negative feedback without clicking 1 star theis is shows how they want to make clintes fool .
